The holidays are again here and while exciting and fun, they often cause occasional overwhelm and stress. The other day, as I was helping my client, I realized how helpful knowing two or three simple, easy techniques to maintain and recover high frequency, during the holidays, could be for us all.
Meltdowns occur in ALL people of ALL ages. A stress of any sort enters the organism (you and I) or system which does not have the energy available to address the stress. Recently, I have been studying more about the biochemical processes of the body.
Recently I received several emails from people overwhelmed with a fear of being out of control in their own lives. They believed that other people and events had harmed them. I also noticed this theme permeating throughout the world in general this year.
Recent off the chart high stress and strain in my personal life spurred me to watch my mind body response. I was curious about what it actually required for me to remain, calm, clear headed, focused, action oriented, positive, and to maintain a genuine happy mood - not a fake forced self talk of "all is good" while my inner being is boiling with anger, fear, frustration that shot out sideways to my near and dear loved ones.
